Vacation rental cancellation rules are set per reservation. Flexible, moderate and strict policies are common in the industry; your exact window for a free or partial refund appears in the booking flow and on your confirmation email.
How to cancel or modify
- Use the link in your booking confirmation to manage the reservation in the same system you used to pay, when self-service is available.
- If you cannot find your reservation, email or call us with your booking reference and guest name.
- Date changes are treated as a new request and depend on availability and any price difference.
Refunds
If you cancel within the free-cancellation period stated for your rate, eligible amounts are refunded according to the payment method and processing times of our booking partner (typically several business days).
After that period, charges may apply up to the full stay, as shown before payment.
Force majeure & travel disruption
Extraordinary events may be handled under the terms of your contract and applicable law. Contact us with your booking reference so we can review options case by case.
